摘要
现代化社会,经济增长的速度非常快,而人才在其中发挥了非常重要的作用。特别是在网络发达的当今时代,为物流行业发展创造了更多的机遇,对于物流管理专业人才的需求越来越大,要求也越来越高,创新应用型人才成为了推进物流行业进一步提升的关键。为此,学校在物流管理专业人才培养方面需要突出时代特点,紧跟社会发展步伐,不断调整人才培养模式,进而为社会提供更多优质、创新、应用型人才。文中在对物流管理专业创新应用型人才培养作用进行分析的基础之上,重点探讨了当前物流管理专业创新应用型人才培养现状,明确指出具体问题,并从人才培养方案、教材、师资、方法、协同育人五个层面提出了行之有效的建议。
In a modern society,the economy is growing at a very fast rate,and talent plays a very important role in it.Especially in today's era of developed networks,more opportunities have been created for the development of the logistics industry,the demand for logistics management professionals is getting bigger and bigger,and the requirements are getting higher and higher.To this end,the school needs to highlight the characteristics of the times in the training of logistics management professionals,keep up with the pace of social development,and constantly adjust the talent training model,so as to provide more high-quality,innovative and application-oriented talents for the society.On the basis of the analysis of the role of the training of innovative and application-oriented talents in logistics management,this paper focuses on the current situation of the training of innovative and application-oriented talents in logistics management,clearly points out specific problems,and puts forward effective suggestions from five levels of talent training programs,teaching materials,teachers,methods,and collaborative education.
