摘要
目的:分析苏州市相城区2006—2020年结直肠癌发病和死亡情况,为相关部门制定结直肠癌防控措施提供科学依据。方法:在苏州市相城区肿瘤登记报告系统中选取2006—2020年户籍为苏州市相城区的结直肠癌发病和死亡资料,计算发病率、死亡率、累积率、截缩率、年度变化百分比等指标。结果:2006—2020年,苏州市相城区结直肠癌新发病例为2209例,死亡为986例,粗发病率和粗死亡率分别为37.29/10万和16.65/10万,中标率分别为26.48/10万和11.30/10万。结直肠癌年龄别发病率在40岁之前较低,40岁以后随年龄增长而上升。结直肠癌年龄别死亡率在45岁之前较低,45岁之后随年龄增长而上升。2006—2020年,苏州市相城区结直肠癌发病率、标化发病率、粗死亡率呈现上升趋势。结论:2006—2020年,苏州市相城区结直肠癌发病率、死亡率均高于江苏省和全国平均水平,且发病率有明显上升趋势。相关部门应积极探索有效的防控措施,切实做好苏州市相城区的结直肠癌防控工作。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer from 2006 to 2020 in Xiangcheng district of Suzhou.METHODS The data about incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer in Xiangcheng District Cancer Registry from 2006 to 2020 were collected.The incidence rate,the mortality rate,the cumulative rate,the truncated rate,and the annual percentage change(APC)were calculated.RESULTS From 2006 to 2020,there were 2209 new cases and 986 deaths of colorectal cancer in Xiangcheng district of Suzhou.The crude incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer were 37.29/105 and 16.65/105,respectively.The ASR China were 26.48/105 for incidence and 11.30/105 for mortality.The age-specific incidence of colorectal cancer was low be⁃fore 40 years old,and then increased rapidly.But the age-specific mortality of colorectal cancer was low before 45 years old.During these 15 years,the crude incidence,the ASR China of incidence,the crude mortalityof colorectal cancer showed an upward trend,and the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer in Xiangcheng district are higher than that of Jiangsu province and the national levels,and the incidence of colorectal cancer shows a decreasing trend.Therefore,effective prevention and control measures should be explored to do well for colorectal cancer prevention and control.
