摘要
随着企业数据的爆炸式增长,如何开展企业数据标准化处理方法研究和企业数据关联因素有效性分析,并以此为目标实现企业数据的生产要素转化和企业管理经济效益的提升,成为当前企业信息化亟需解决的关键问题之一,为此,探索企业数据的标准化处理方法和关联因素有效性分析路径。首先,基于企业运行数据来源多样化和数据量爆炸式增长所带来数据标准化的客观需求,归纳出企业数据类别和标准化处理流程;然后从企业数据标准化过程和数据标准化对企业不同阶段的影响出发,设计标准化流程中企业数据应具备的各种特征属性,提出企业数据标准化因素的关联性及其定量计算的方法,并定性给出数据标准化对企业效益的有效性影响。基于此,企业可以从降本增效目标对标准化数据需求的定性分析出发,采用多种因素自由组合和权重设计,进一步提升企业及员工的工作效率。
With the explosive growth of enterprise data,problems like how to carry out research on enterprise data standardization processing methods and effective analysis of enterprise data related factors,and based on this goal to achieve the factors of production transformation of enterprise data and the improvement of economic benefits of enterprise management,has become one of the key issues that current information enterprises need to solve urgently.To this end,this paper explores the standardization processing methods of enterprise data and the effective analysis paths for related factors.First,based on the objective demand for data standardization brought by the diversification of enterprise operational data sources and the explosive growth of data volume,the enterprise data categories and'standardization processing procedures are summarized.Second,starting from the enterprise data standardization process and the impact of data standardization on the enterprise at different stages,various characteristics and attributes that enterprise data should have in the standardization process are designed.It proposes the correlation of enterprise data standardization factors and its quantitative calculation method,and qualitatively gives the effective impact of data standardization on enterprise benefits.Based on this,enterprises can start from the qualitative analysis of standardized data requirements at the goai of cost reduction,and adopt the free combination of multiple factors and the weight design method to further improve the operational efficiency of enterprises and employees.
