摘要
创新创业已成为我国经济发展的新引擎,其中大学生创业是促进双创发展、缓解就业压力的重要途径。为了发现大学生创业中的关键影响因素,本文运用多元回归分析,对120家大学生创业型小微企业进行实证研究。研究发现,人力成本对此类小微企业成长有显著的正向影响,企业规模对企业成长有着弱正向影响,而企业创办时间对企业成长不显著,企业所属行业与企业成长之间存在显著负相关性。针对研究中发现的问题,本文提出了相应的政策建议。
Innovation and entrepreneurship have become a new engine of China’s economic development, and college students’ entrepreneurship is an important way to promote the development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation and relieve employment pressure. In order to find out the key factors influencing college students’ entrepreneurship, this paper used multiple regression analysis to conduct an empirical research on 120 college students’ entrepreneurial small and micro enterprises. The study found that labor cost had a significant positive impact on the growth of such small and micro enterprises, and enterprise size had a weak positive impact,while the establishment time of the enterprise had no significant impact on its growth, and there was a significant negative correlation between the industry of the enterprise and the growth of the enterprise. In view of the problems found in the research, this paper put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
