摘要
目的分析依那普利联合氨氯地平用于原发性高血压治疗的临床价值。方法选取2021年5月—2022年12月陕西省榆林市佳县人民医院收治的137例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,按照入院时间先后对其进行分组;对照组(n=69)给予依那普利进行治疗,研究组(n=68)给予依那普利联合氨氯地平进行治疗。对两组血压变化情况(收缩压、舒张压)、血压稳定率、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果研究组血压水平(收缩压、舒张压)相对于对照组较为稳定,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血压稳定率95.65%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.161,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率相对于对照组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合氨氯地平用于原发性高血压治疗可有效降低患者不良反应发生率,改善血压水平,使其收缩压、舒张压保持稳定,同时可以提升患者的血压控制稳定率。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of enalapril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods A total of 137 patients with essential hypertension admitted to Jia County People's Hospital of Yulin City,Shaanxi Province from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and grouped according to the time of admission.The control group(n=69)was given to enalapril,and the study group(n=68)was given to enalapril combined with amlodipine.Blood pressure changes(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure),blood pressure stability rate,adverse incidence of the two groups were compared.Results The blood pressure(systolic and diastolic)of the study group was more stable than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stable rate of blood pressure in the study group was 95.65%higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.161,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse effects in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,improve blood pressure level,keep systolic and diastolic blood pressure stable,and improve the stable rate of blood pressure control in patients.
