摘要
当前,构建并完善微重力环境下航天员体能训练防护体系是我国载人航天事业中亟待解决的课题。运用文献资料调研、逻辑分析等研究方法,从功能性角度梳理与分析微重力环境下对抗肌肉萎缩类与改善心血管功能类的体能训练防护设备相关研究进展,并对航天员适应微重力环境时期和空间站时期体能训练防护方案展开探讨。研究认为:1)体能训练防护设备在防护效果的全面性与针对性方面需进行更新研发。2)体能训练防护方案应结合中国医学防护措施以突出特色。3)制定适用于不同性别及高年龄段航天员的分级阶梯式方案。4)持续探索体能训练组合效果,构建体能训练防护方案库。未来,健全微重力环境下航天员体能训练防护体系是助力载人航天事业的应有之义与发展应然,同时体能训练与航天医学的交叉融合将助力建设体育强国、航天强国。
At present,the construction and improvement of astronaut physical training protection system in the microgravity environment is an urgent task in China’s manned space program.By using research methods such as literature research and logical analysis,the physical training protective equipment to combat muscle atrophy and improve cardiovascular function in the microgravity environment was sorted out and analyzed based on functionality,and the physical training protection scheme for astronauts in the period of adapting to the microgravity environment and the space station was discussed.This study found that:1)The physical training protective equipment needs to be updated and developed in terms of comprehensiveness and pertinence of the protective effect.2)China’s astronaut physical training protection program should be combined with Chinese medical protection measures to highlight its characteristics.3)Develop a tiered approach applicable to astronauts of different genders and older ages.4)Continue to explore the combined effect of physical training and build a library of physical training protection solutions.In the future,improving the physical training protection system for astronauts in the microgravity environment is the proper meaning and development of the manned space industry.At the same time,the cross-integration of physical training and aerospace medicine will help China to build a sports power and space power.
