摘要
轮状病毒是引起儿童急性腹泻的主要病原体, 目前尚无特效治疗药物, 疫苗接种是最有效的预防措施。近年来, 随着轮状病毒疫苗在全球的广泛使用, 急性腹泻的发病率和死亡率逐年下降。目前已有6款轮状病毒疫苗获批上市, 此外多种候选疫苗正处于研发阶段。此文对国内外轮状病毒疫苗研究进展进行综述, 为进一步的研究提供参考。
Rotavirus is the main pathogen causing diarrhea in children.There is no specific drug currently.Vaccination is the mose effective preventive measure.In recent years,with the wide use of rotavirus vaccine in the world,the morbidity and mortality of acute diarrhea have declined every year.At present,,six vaccines have been approved for marketing and many candidate vaccines are in the research development stage.This article reviews the research progress of rotavirus vaccine at home and abord to provide reference for further research.
