摘要
以甲苯为目标污染物,通过测定不同温度和湿度条件下活性炭吸附平衡线,研究不同浓度甲苯气体在不同湿度和温度条件下吸附容量的变化情况,进而梳理出可更直观反映湿度、温度对吸附容量影响的表征方式并研究了待吸附气体调温、调湿参数优化的方法。结果表明,总体而言,水蒸气对VOCs吸附具有抑制作用;气相浓度越低,吸附容量受湿度的影响越大;对于含湿量较高的有机气体,提高吸附温度有利于保持吸附容量;采用绝对湿度与吸附容量的关系图能更直观地表示湿度、温度对吸附容量的影响,有利于确定待吸附气体的调温、调湿预处理工艺的目标参数。
With toluene as the target pollutant,by measuring the adsorption equilibrium line of activated carbon under different temperature and humidity conditions,the change of adsorption capacity of toluene gas with different concentrations under different humidity and temperature conditions was studied,the characterization method that can more directly reflect the influence of humidity and temperature on adsorption capacity was sorted out,and the method to optimize the temperature and humidity parameter of the gas to be adsorbed were developed.The results show that,in general,water vapor has an inhibitory effect on the adsorption of VOCs.The lower the gas phase concentration,the greater the influence of humidity on adsorption capacity.For the organic gases with high moisture content,increasing the adsorption temperature is beneficial to maintaining the adsorption capacity.The relationship between absolute humidity and adsorption capacity can express the infuence of humidity and temperature more directly,and is conducive to determining the target parameters of temperature and humidity for pretreatment process of the gas to be adsorbed.
