空气湿度对低浓度有机蒸气在活性炭上吸附平衡的影响 被引量:45

The influence of atmospheric humidity on the adsorption capacity of activated carbon for low-concentration VOCs

摘要 采用吸附柱穿透曲线法测定了 30℃不同相对湿度 (RH)下 4种低浓度有机蒸气 (VOC)在活性炭上的等温吸附量 .结果表明 ,水蒸汽对VOC吸附平衡的抑制作用 ,随着RH的增大、VOC浓度的降低而增大 ,且随着VOC分子极性的增强而有所增大 ;VOC对水蒸汽吸附平衡的抑制作用 ,随着VOC分子极性的增强而有所减弱 .提出一个基于竞争吸附机理的Polanyi Dubi nin方程 。 Binary adsorption uptakes of 4 low concentration VOCs (benzene, toluene, chloroform and acetone) on activated carbon were determined using Long Column method at 30℃ under humid conditions (RH=0~100%). Results shows that the depression effect of atmospheric humidity on the adsorption equilibrium of VOCs increased with increasing RH and decreasing concentration of VOCs and seemed to increase with increasing polarity of VOC molecules. The adsorption of VOCs also caused the decrease of adsorption uptakes of water vapor, in which the VOCs with weaker polarity seemed to have greater influence than that with stronger polarity. A mechanism of the competitive adsorption based on potential theory was proposed to explain the binary equilibrium of VOCs and water vapor mixtures.
