污泥炭化工艺环境影响及产物资源化利用分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国污泥无害化和资源化工作的深入推进,污泥炭化技术受到持续关注并完成了较多工程实践;该技术在资源循环、污染物控制和碳减排等方面具有优势。在综述炭化技术特点、炭化物性质、烟气污染物产生机理的基础上,以国内外项目设计运行统计数据为基础,对炭化物应用、烟气污染物标准选择、碳减排评估等工作进行系统总结。污泥炭化理论和实践日趋成熟,项目运行稳定,炭化产物可以作为燃料、建材和土壤改良剂等形式实现资源化利用,在运行过程及全生命周期分析中均具有碳减排优势。 With the advancement of sludge harmlessness and resource utilization in China,sludge carbonization technology has received continuous attention and has been widely used.This technology has outstanding advantages in resource recycling,pollutant control and carbon emission reduction.Based on the review of the characteristics of carbonization technology,the properties of carbonization products and the generation mechanism of flue gas pollutants,as well as the statistical data of project design and operation at home and abroad,this paper systematically summarizes the application of carbonization products,the selection of flue gas pollutant control standards and the assessment of carbon emission reduction.In general,the theory and application of sludge carbonization are becoming more and more mature,and the project runs stably.The carbonization products can be recycled in the form of fuel,building materials and soil amendments,and the carbonization technology have the advantages of carbon emission reduction in both the operation process and the whole life cycle analysis.
