摘要
以上海竹园污泥处理厂为例,探讨了污泥组分及热值变化对污泥干化焚烧系统运行参数的影响。结果表明,随着污泥热值增大且保持污泥处理量不变时,污泥焚烧的烟气量和蒸汽产量均会显著提高;当入炉含水率刚好能使污泥自维持燃烧时,干化焚烧系统的辅助燃料消耗量最低。结论对污泥干化焚烧系统运行具有理论指导意义。
In the case study of Zhu-Yuan sewage sludge treatment plant in Shanghai,the influence of the heating value of sewage on the operating parameters of drying-incineration system was investigated.The results indicated that,under the constant sludge treatment capacity,the increase of sludge heating value can obviously enhance the production of flue gas and steam.The consumption of auxiliary fuel in the drying-incineration system is minimum,when the sludge is just able to keep the self-sustained combustion.The conclusion has theoretical guiding significance for the operation of sludge drying-incineration system.
