铅芯橡胶支座力学性能环境温度相关性研究

摘要 铅芯橡胶支座被广泛应用于建筑、桥梁、储液罐及核设备的隔震中。相关研究表明,环境温度对铅芯橡胶支座的力学性能影响较大,但目前仍缺乏基于铅芯橡胶支座组成材料热-力本构特征以及不同特征参数的支座力学性能随温度变化规律的研究。本文从材料层面出发,基于支座组成材料热-力本构特征,建立了铅芯橡胶支座的热力耦合有限元模型,并通过试验验证了支座有限元模型的准确性。通过参数分析,研究了支座关键力学性能指标随环境温度的变化规律。本文提出的热-力本构模型可以为铅芯橡胶支座的隔震设计提供参考。 Lead rubber bearings(LRB)are widely used in the seismic isolation design of buildings,bridges,liquid storage tanks and nuclear equipment.Related studies have shown that environmental temperature has a great impact on the mechanical performance of LRB.However,there is currently a lack of mechanism analysis considering the thermal-mechanics constitutive characteristics and different feature parameters of LRB materials in the correlation between mechanical performance and environmental temperature.Based on the thermal-mechanics constitutive characteristics of LRB material,a thermal-mechanics coupled finite element model of LRB was established from the material level,and the accuracy of the finite element model was verified through testing.Through parametric analysis,the key mechanical performance indicators of LRB were studied concerning changes in ambient temperature.The thermal-mechanics constitutive model proposed in this paper can provide a reference for the seismic isolation design of LRB.
