摘要
[目的/意义]旨在探究在线评论和管理回复如何通过信任转移过程影响健康相关行为中的选择意愿。[方法/过程]基于价值—态度—行为模型和信任转移理论,通过识别价值要素、态度要素和行为要素设计研究模型,采用在线调查方法,共收集到282份有效样本并进行假设检验。[结果/结论]在线评论和管理回复信息价值分别与在线信息认知信任和情感信任呈正相关;验证了信任转移的存在,即对健康产品的信任来自于对在线信息认知信任和情感信任的影响;健康产品的选择意愿来自于健康产品信任,同时在线信息的情感信任分别以直接和间接的方式正向影响健康产品的选择意愿。
[Purpose/Significance]The study aims to explore how online reviews and management responses affect the health-related behavior of health products’choice intention through trust transfer processes.[Method/Process]Based on the value attitude behavior model and trust transfer theory,this paper designed a research model by identifying value elements,attitude elements,and behavior elements.Using online survey methods,it collected a total of 282 valid samples,and conducted hypothesis test.[Result/Conclusion]The empirical results indicate that the information value of online reviews and management responses is positively correlated with cognitive and affective trust in online information,respectively.The study verifies the existence of trust transfer,that is,trust in health products comes from the cognitive and affective trust in online information.The intention to choose health products comes from trust in health products,and the affective trust of online information positively affects the intention to choose health products in both direct and indirect ways.
