社会化搜索用户信息素养结构研究——基于现象学方法 被引量:8

摘要 [目的/意义]社会化搜索用户期望通过在线人际关系合作与社交网络等途径主动查找信息。相较于传统信息情境,该类用户的信息素养内涵表现出多维性与复杂性特征,本研究旨在探索社会化搜索用户信息素养的组成结构。[方法/过程]本研究采取现象学研究方法,在对用户进行深度访谈后,对访谈资料编码分析得到信息素养的7项构成维度:信息意识、信息需求、信息源确定、检索策略、信息获取、信息评价及信息应用。[结果/结论]本研究发现,与泛在意义的信息搜索活动中体现的用户信息素养相比,社会化搜索情境下用户信息素养主要结构的异质性虽不突出,但各构成部分富含社会化特征。相关研究结论能够为社会化搜索用户信息素养的培育路径以及社会化搜索平台的功能设计提供启示。 [Purpose/Significance]Since the concept of social search was put forward more than ten years ago,it has attracted the continuous attention of scholars in the fields of library and information science,as well as information retrieval.Social search users expect to actively search for information through online interpersonal relationships,cooperation and social networks.Compared with that in traditional information environment,the connotation of users'information literacy shows multidimensional and complex characteristics in the context of social search.This paper aimed to explore the constitution of users of information literacy under social search context.[Method/Process]This study adopted the method of phenomenological research.After analyzing the coding of in-depth interviews data,the seven dimensions of users'information literacy under social search context were summarized as information consciousness,information demand,information sources,retrieval strategies,information acquisition,information evaluation and information applications.[Result/Conclusion]It is found that the constitution of users'information literacy under social search context is not significantly different from that embodied in ubiquitous information search activities,while it is full of rich social characteristics in each division.Relevant research conclusions can provide ideas for future research in the cultivation path of social search users'information literacy and the functional design of social search platforms.
