管子—管板角缝棒阳极X射线检测的影响因素研究

摘要 影响管子—管板角缝棒阳极X射线检测结果的相关因素较多,对于已确定的检测工艺,在实施检测时,相关因素与预设的条件有偏差将会对检测结果产生影响。本文设计了一种相较于标准推荐试块更加优良的对比试块,并通过试验研究了外径Φ32管子—管板角缝棒阳极X射线检测时背挡板厚度、焦距、管端伸出长度偏差、焦距定位不准对检测灵敏度造成的影响。本文为对实施管子—管板角缝棒阳极X射线检测的工艺控制提供了重要参考。 There are various factors that can influence the X-ray inspection results of the anode in the tube-to-tube sheet fillet weld.When implementing the inspection process with a predetermined set of conditions,deviations from the relevant factors can have an impact on the inspection results.This paper presents a novel and improved contrast block compared to the recommended standard block.Through experimental research,the effects of factors such as the thickness of the backing plate,focus distance,deviation in tube end extension length,and imprecise focus distance positioning on the detection sensitivity are investigated for X-ray inspection of the anode in the Φ32 tube-to-tube sheet fillet weld.This paper provides valuable insights into the process control for conducting X-ray inspection of the tube-to-tube sheet fillet weld with anode rods and offers essential guidance for the implementation of the inspection procedure.
