摘要
目的探讨良性乳腺肿物患者的安珂(EnCor)微创旋切手术的应用价值。方法选取兴平市妇幼保健院2023年4月-2023年12月期间收治的良性乳腺肿物患者80例,按随机法分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用传统手术,观察组采用EnCor微创旋切手术。对比两组围术期情况、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+))水平、并发症发生率等结果。结果观察组术中出血量较对照组少,手术时间、切口长度及切口愈合时间较对照组短(P<0.05);术后1个月,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(5.00%)较对照组(25.00%)低(P<0.05);观察组乳房美观性优良率(97.50%)较对照组(80.00%)高(P<0.05)。结论良性乳腺肿物患者应用EnCor微创旋切手术有助于改善围术期情况、免疫功能,提高乳房美观性,手术安全性高,治疗效果理想,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application value of EnCor minimally invasive rotary resection in patients with benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with benign breast tumors from April 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional surgery,and the observation group received EnCor minimally invasive rotary surgery.The results of perioperative conditions,T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+))and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,incision length and incision healing time were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).One month after operation,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 5.00%lower than that of control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).The rate of breast beauty in observation group was 97.50%higher than that in control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion EnCor minimally invasive rotatory surgery for benign breast masses can help improve perioperative conditions,immune function,surgical safety,improve breast aesthetics,and the therapeutic effect is ideal,which is worthy of clinical application.
