摘要
目的对乳腺肿物患者实施不同的手术方案,以此探讨麦默通微创旋切术优于传统手术,效果更佳。方法对我院2019年1月—2020年6月收治的乳腺肿物患者实施手术治疗,其中82例接受传统手术,此类手术设作对照组,接受麦默通微创旋切手术42例,此类手术设作观察组,比较两组临床效果。结果相比于对照组,观察组术中和术后各项康复指标更佳,疼痛评分量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)与温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分更佳,乳房美容优良率更高,并发症发生率更低,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺肿物接受麦默通微旋切术治疗,具有操作简便、可实时监测、微创、手术时间短,愈合快,并发症少,患者的乳房外观美容效果更佳。
Objective To implement different surgical plans for patients with breast tumors, in order to explore that mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy is better than traditional operation, and the effect is better. Methods Surgical treatment was performed on patients with breast tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020. Among them, 82 cases underwent traditional operation. This type of surgery was set up as a control group and received mammotome minimally invasive surgical treatment for 42 cases, this type of operation was set up as an observation group, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had better intraoperative and postoperative rehabilitation indicators, better pain score scale(visual analogue scale, VAS) and Vancouver scar scale(VSS) scores, breast rate of cosmetic excellence was higher, the rate of complications was lower, and the comparison between the groups was significantly different(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of breast masses by mammotome micro-rotation surgery has the advantages of simple operation, real-time monitoring, minimally invasive, short operation time, fast healing, fewer complications, and better cosmetic appearance of the breasts.
