药食同源食品中有机磷农药残留检测方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 陈皮、佛手、化橘红、巴戟天是需求量较大的药食同源食品,尽管在《中药材生产质量管理规范》中已强调了相关技术方面的要求,但种植过程中仍存在农药滥用现象。基于此,采用气相色谱-质谱法对陈皮、佛手、化橘红、巴戟天等药食同源食品中的有机磷农药残留进行检测,旨在为此类食品中有机磷农药残留的检测提供高灵敏度、操作简便、低成本的检测方法。 Tangerine peel,bergamot,citrus red,and morinda officinalis are high demand medicinal and food homologous foods.Although relevant technical guidance has been emphasized in the Quality Management Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Production,there is still a phenomenon of pesticide abuse during the planting process.Based on this,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is used to detect organophosphorus pesticide residues in medicinal and edible foods such as tangerine peel,bergamot,citrus red,and morinda officinalis.The aim is to provide a high sensitivity,simple operation,and low-cost detection method for the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in such foods.
