摘要
目的:探讨谷维素联合罗通定治疗海洛因依赖稽延性戒断症状的效果。方法:选取2019年7-12月于甘肃省第二强制隔离戒毒所接受治疗的80例海洛因依赖稽延性戒断症状患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予罗通定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予谷维素治疗。比较两组临床疗效,失眠、抑郁、焦虑情况以及症状积分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。治疗前,两组失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组ISI、SDS、SAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组症状积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:谷维素联合罗通定治疗海洛因依赖稽延性戒断症状的效果显著,可改善患者失眠、焦虑、抑郁等稽延性戒断症状,降低症状积分。
Objective:To explore the effect of oryzanol combined with rotundine in the treatment of protracted withdrawal syndromes of heroin dependence.Methods:A total of 80 patients with protracted withdrawal syndromes of heroin dependence who received treatment in the Second Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center of Gansu Province from July 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rotundine,while the observation group was treated with oryzanol on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,insomnia,depression,anxiety and symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of ISI,SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of oryzanol and rotundine has a significant effect in the treatment of protracted withdrawal syndromes of heroin dependence,which can ameliorate the patients'insomnia,anxiety,depression and other protracted withdrawal syndromes,and reduce symptom scores.
