摘要
高速发展的数字技术在教育领域形成的巨大数字化浪潮,蕴含着驱动乡村教育高质量发展的重要价值。通过推动乡村教育形成更宽领域、更多方位和更深层次的开放办学和发展格局,促进乡村教育资源供需双方动态调整和相互匹配,深化乡村教育流程再造和业务生态创新,重拾乡村原生态优势以助力城乡教育异质发展,数字化深刻赋能乡村教育高质量发展。然而,当前我国乡村教育数字化尚处于起步探索阶段,制度设计的缺失缺位之滞、多元主体的数据素养之限、传统教育的技术融入之困和核心技术的发展瓶颈之缚“合谋”削弱了数字化赋能效果,对乡村教育高质量发展提出了严峻挑战。基于创新生态系统理论和技术主体论,我们认为积极引导顶层政策机制“及时归位”、主体数据素养“精准培育”、乡村教育场域“革新优化”和教育技术研发“持续跟进”可成为推进数字化赋能乡村教育高质量发展的有效路径。
The rapid development of digital technology has formed a huge digital wave in the field of education,which contains important value in driving the high-quality development of rural education.By promoting the formation of a broader,more comprehensive,and deeper open education and development pattern in rural education,promoting dynamic adjustment and mutual matching between the supply and demand of rural education resources,deepening rural education process reengineering and business ecological innovation,and regaining the advantages of rural original ecology to help promote the heterogeneous development of urban-rural education,digitization deeply empowers the high-quality development of rural education.However,the digitization of rural education in China is still in the initial exploration stage,and the lack of institutional design,the limitation of data literacy of multiple subjects,the difficulty of integrating traditional education technology,and the bottleneck of core technology development have weakened the effectiveness of digital empowerment,posing a serious challenge to the high-quality development of rural education.Based on the theory of innovation ecosystem and the theory of technology subject,we believe that actively guiding the top-level policy mechanism to“return in time”,the main data literacy to“precise cultivation”,the rural education field to“innovation and optimization”and the educational technology research and development to“continuous follow-up”can be an effective way to promote the high-quality development of digitally empowered rural education.
