摘要
为切实有效地提高船舶工程质量,将穿透式管理引入到船舶工程精细化研制中,对工程精细化研制所遵循的质量管理要求进行阐述,结合船舶工程中精细化质量管理及船舶工程特点,从船舶管理与实施措施方面实行全链条“穿透式”管理,使其在管理措施、质量管控和原因分析、质量改进方面进行质量落地。研究表明:基于穿透式管理的工程精细化研制质量管控为工程精细化研制质量管控提供了新的视角与可操作性的实施方法,可有效提高工程的质量管理水平和产品的质量。
In order to effectively improve the quality of ship engineering,penetrating management is introduced into the fine development of ship engineering.The quality management requirements followed in the fine development of engineering are elaborated,and combined with the fine quality management and characteristics of ship engineering,a full chain"penetrating"management is implemented from the aspects of ship management and implementation measures,so as to improve the management measures,quality control,cause analysis and the quality improvement measures in terms of quality implementation.Research shows that the quality control of engineering fine development based on penetrating management provides a new perspective and feasible implementation method for quality control of engineering fine development,
