摘要
目的:运用文献计量和可视化软件对VR虚拟现实技术在针灸领域应用文献进行分析,探讨研究现状、热点和动态趋势。方法:本研究应用CiteSpace对中国知网检索筛选到的110篇VR虚拟现实技术应用于针灸领域期刊文献的发文量、作者、机构和关键词进行计量和可视化分析。结果:VR虚拟现实技术在针灸领域应用研究起步于2004年,整体呈上升发展趋势;主要核心团队有郭春霞团队和程凯团队;天津中医药大学和上海中医药大学和北京中医药大学针灸推拿学院发文量靠前;关键词可视化发现虚拟现实技术运用于针灸教学、虚拟现实技术辅助针刺治疗脑卒中后遗症、虚拟现实技术联合针灸相关应用系统的开发是当前研究的热点。结论:虚拟现实技术在针灸领域应用研究极具发展潜力,目前主要运用于针灸教学、临床及相关产品开发,未来应加强研究团队和机构之间的合作交流,推进虚拟现实技术与针灸的深度交叉融合,以针灸临床为出发点提升疗效开发新型设备,以针灸教学为中心开展虚拟现实辅助教学。
Objective:To explore the current status of research,hot spots and dynamic trends through analyzing the literature on the application of VR virtual reality technology in the field of acupuncture by bibliometric and visualization software.Methods:This study applied CiteSpace to measure and visualize the volume of articles,authors,institutions and keywords of 110 journal articles on VR virtual reality technology applied to acupuncture,which were screened by CNKI.Results:VR virtual reality technology in the field of acupuncture application research started in 2004,and the overall development trend shows an upward trend.The main core teams are Guo Chunxia team and Cheng Kai team;Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine School of Acupuncture and Tuina are among the top publications;The visualization of keywords discover that the application of virtual reality technology in acupuncture classroom teaching,virtual reality technology assisted acupuncture treatment of stroke sequelae,virtual reality technology combined with acupuncture application system development is the current research hotspot.Conclusion:Virtual reality technology has great potential for application research in the field of acupuncture,which is currently mainly used in acupuncture teaching,clinical and related product development,and in the future,cooperation and exchanges between research teams and institutions should be strengthened,the deep cross-integration of virtual reality technology and acupuncture should be promoted,new equipment should be developed to improve the efficacy of acupuncture clinical,and virtual reality assisted teaching should be carried out with acupuncture teaching as the center.
