摘要
目的观察豚鼠在不同发育时期噪声间隙听性脑干反应(gap in noise auditory brainstem response,GIN ABR)变化特点。通过对短纯音听性脑干反应(tone burst auditory brainstem response,tb-ABR)和GIN ABR的比较,探讨听觉系统发育对GIN ABR的影响,为该测试的临床应用奠定基础。方法对2周龄及9周龄豚鼠进行不同频率(8k、12k、16k、24kHz)tb-ABR及不同无声间隙时长(0、1、2、4、8、16、32ms)GIN ABR测试,分别观察tb-ABR阈值,各波潜伏期及Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ波幅值,GIN ABR各波的潜伏期偏移值、幅值及恢复率。结果9周龄豚鼠tb-ABR 8kHz阈值低于2周龄豚鼠(P<0.01),80dB SPL及50dB SPL刺激强度下Ⅲ波潜伏期短于2周龄豚鼠(P<0.05),80dB SPL刺激强度下各频率Ⅰ波幅值显著低于2周龄豚鼠(P<0.05)。无论是9周龄还是在2周龄豚鼠中GIN ABR潜伏期偏移值和幅值差均随着无声间隙时长的增加而下降,各波恢复率及由NB2诱发的波幅值随着无声间隙时长的增加而增加。在无声间隙时长为2、8、16ms时,9周龄豚鼠P3潜伏期偏移值明显短于2周龄豚鼠(P<0.05)。9周龄豚鼠在2~16ms无声间隙时长内P4波的恢复率明显高于2周龄豚鼠(P<0.05)。结论2周龄与9周龄豚鼠tb-ABR和GIN ABR反应存在差异,可用于听觉功能发育研究模型,GIN ABR测试可作为评估听觉功能的补充工具。
Objective To report changes of gap in noise induced auditory brainstem responses(GIN ABRs)in guinea pigs at different developmental stages and compare tone burst auditory brainstem responses(tb-ABRs)with GIN ABRs to investigate the effect of auditory system development on GIN ABR,so as to lay a foundation for the clinical application of this test.Methods tb-ABRs were tested in guinea pigs(2 and 9-weeks-old)at different frequencies(8,12,16 and 24 kHz)and silent intervals(0,1,2,4,8,16 and 32 ms).Thresholds,latencies and amplitudes of wavesⅠ,ⅢandⅣ,as well as latency shift,wave amplitude and recovery ratio in GIN ABR,were all recorded.Results tb-ABR thresholds at 9-weeks were lower than at 2-weeks at 8 kHz(P<0.01),with latency of wave III also shorter than at 2-weeks for all tested frequencies at 80 and 50 dB SPL(P<0.05)and amplitude of wave I significantly lower than at 2-week at 80 dB SPL(P<0.05).At both 9 and 2-weeks,GIN ABR latency shift and wave amplitude decreased as the duration of silent gap increased,while recovery ratio and wave amplitude induced by NB2 increased.When the duration of silent interval was 2,8 and 16 ms,P3 latency shift at 9-weeks was significantly shorter than at 2-weeks(P<0.05),while recovery ratio of P4 wave was significantly higher than that at 2-weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in tone burst ABRs and gap in noise ABRs between 2-week-old and 9-week-old guinea pigs,which can be used as a model for studying development of auditory function.GIN ABR test can be used as a supplementary tool to evaluate auditory function.
