摘要
目的 探讨健脾扶正汤加减治疗原发性晚期肝癌的效果以及对癌因性疲乏的影响。方法 选取中国医科大学附属第四医院第二肿瘤内科2019年1月—2021年1月收治的原发性晚期肝癌患者71例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成对照组35例和观察组36例,对照组予以常规西医干预,观察组另给予健脾扶正汤加减治疗,比较2组病灶控制率(DCR)和治疗前后的癌症疲乏量表(CFS)、卡氏功能状态评分量表(KPS)评分及血压等情况。结果 治疗后,观察组DCR为88.89%(32/36),显著高于对照组的68.57%(24/35)(P<0.05);2组CFS评分均显著低于治疗前,观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);2组KPS评分均显著升高,观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05)。2组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾扶正汤加减治疗原发性晚期肝癌能提高病灶控制率和辅助降压,同时能缓解癌因性疲乏,对改善患者病情有益。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Fuzheng decoction in patients with advanced liver cancer and its effect on cancer fatigue.Methods Seventy-one patients with primary advanced liver cancer admitted to the Fourth Hospital of China Medical University between January 2019 and January 2021 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into control group of 35 cases and observation groups of 36 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine intervention,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Fuzheng decoction.The lesion control rate(DCR),cancer fatigue scale(CFS),KPS score and blood pressure of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,DCR of the observation group was 88.89%(32/36),which was significantly higher than that of control group(68.57%,24/35)(P<0.05).CFS scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).KPS scores in both groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Fuzheng decoction in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer can improve the lesion control rate and assist in reducing blood pressure,and alleviate cancer-related fatigue,which is beneficial to improve the condition of patients.
