摘要
随着城市化进程的不断加速,交通、工业、建筑等噪声源的不断增加,人们在日常生活中受到噪音干扰的机会也随之增多。噪声不仅影响了人们的生活质量和健康,还对城市的宜居性产生了负面影响。因此,城市噪声污染的防治成为当务之急。本文探讨城市环境噪声监测技术的应用,以及城市规划、政策法规和公众教育等多方面的对策,旨在减轻城市环境噪声污染,提高居民的生活质量,创造更宜居的城市环境。通过综合运用这些手段,可以更好地理解、管理和减轻城市噪声污染问题,实现城市环境与人类健康的和谐共存。
With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,traffi c,industry,construction and other noise sources continue to increase,people in the daily life of noise interference opportunities are also increasing.Noise not only affects people’s quality of life and health,but also has a negative impact on the livability of cities.Therefore,the prevention and control of urban noise pollution have become a top priority.This paper discussed the application of urban environmental noise monitoring technology,as well as the countermeasures of urban planning,policies and regulations,and public education,aiming at reducing urban environmental noise pollution,improving the quality of life of residents,and creating a more livable urban environment.By comprehensive use of these means,we can better understand,manage and reduce the problem of urban noise pollution,and realize the harmonious coexistence of urban environment and human health.
