摘要
在改革开放后,使我国经济取得显著进步,然而,在社会经济持续发展,同时还会造成噪声污染等问题,致使城市环境受到严重威胁。伴随交通设施不断复杂化,许多娱乐场所脱颖而出,除了会向人们提供更多生活便利,还会造成较多不利影响,甚至对人们身心健康造成严重威胁。基于此,本文首先对环境噪声污染和制因进行分析,其次阐述城市环境噪声带来的影响,最后研究其监测技术和有效措施,意在改善城市整体环境。
After the reform and opening up, China＇s economy has made significant progress, however, in the social and economic sustainable development, but also cause noise pollution and other issues, resulting in a serious threat to the urban environment. With the increasing complexity of transport facilities, many entertainment venues stand out, in addition to people will provide more life convenience, but also cause more adverse effects, and even people posed a serious threat to physical and mental health. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the environmental noise pollution and the system. Secondly, it expounds the influence of urban environmental noise, and finally studies its monitoring technology and effective measures, which is intended to improve the overall urban environment.
