金属非金属矿山上向中深孔一次爆破成井技术探讨与实践

摘要 在天溜井掘进过程中,传统的掘进方式多为浅孔爆破施工法,反井钻机法施工。浅孔爆破法即进行多次凿岩、爆破形成天井,费工费时,且需要作业人员在井内作业,常伴随着作业面通风不良,施工安全条件差,危险因素多的风险,主要风险有炮烟中毒、高处坠落、冒顶片帮、机械伤害、物体打击、触电等。反井钻机法施工对于辅助条件和场地条件要求都较高,尤其供电条件,需要布设专用电缆,还要施工钻机硐室,反井钻机转场难度大,成本高。对于中短型天井对于中短型天井掘进,最经济实用的方法是爆破一次成井。爆破一次成井有作业条件好,工效高,速度快,安全性高,节约材料等一系列优点。 During the excavation process of the sky pass,the traditional excavation methods are mostly shallow hole blasting construction method and reverse well drilling method.Shallow hole blasting method involves multiple drilling and blasting to form a courtyard,which is labor-intensive and time-consuming,and requires operators to work inside the well.It is often accompanied by poor ventilation on the working face,poor construction safety conditions,and multiple risk factors.The main risks include gun smoke poisoning,falling from high places,roof falling,mechanical injury,object strike,electric shock,etc.The construction of the reverse drilling rig method requires high auxiliary and site conditions,especially for power supply conditions,which require the laying of specialized cables and the construction of drilling rig chambers.The difficulty of transferring reverse drilling rigs is high,and the cost is high.The most economical and practical method for excavation of medium and short type raise shafts is to complete the well in one blasting operation.The one-time completion of a well by blasting has a series of advantages such as good working conditions,high work efficiency,fast speed,high safety,and material saving.
