摘要
为了充分验证反井钻机钻井技术在天溜井施工中是一种新型、高效的施工技术,本文以程潮铁矿-570 m、-675 m中段开拓工程建设为例,介绍了反井钻机钻井技术在天溜井中的应用,详细描述了施工过程中的各个流程及控制要点,统计了反井钻机的施工效率,重点介绍了程潮铁矿在降低导孔偏斜和钻杆断裂频率的有效措施,最后将反井钻井工艺与传统方法进行比较,展现了反井钻井技术施工天溜井具有的强大优势。本文成果可为地下矿山天溜井施工提供一定的借鉴。
In order to fully verify that the drilling technology of reverse well drilling rig is a new and efficient construction technology in the construction of sky chute,the construction of the middle section of Chengchao iron ore-570 m and-675 m is taken as an example,the application of drilling technology of reverse well drilling rig in sky chute is introduced,the various processes and control points in the construction process are described in detail,the construction efficiency of reverse well drilling rig is counted,and the effective measures of Chengchao iron ore in reducing the deflection of the guide hole and the frequency of drill pipe breakage are mentioned.Finally,the reverse well drilling technology is compared with the traditional method,which shows the strong advantages of the reverse well drilling technology in the construction of sky chute.The results can provide a certain reference for underground mine sky chute construction.
