摘要
研究根管治疗在牙体牙髓病临床治疗中的应用效果。选择2020年1月—2021年6月沧州渤海新区中捷医院收治的60例牙体牙髓病患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,两组患者采取不同方法进行治疗,比较两组患者疼痛情况、菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、治疗总有效率、生活质量评分、咀嚼功能评分,炎性因子水平。结果显示,治疗前,两组患者的疼痛评分、菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、生活质量评分、咀嚼功能评分、炎性因子水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的疼痛评分、菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、生活质量评分、咀嚼功能评分、炎性因子水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,牙体牙髓病患者治疗中实施根管治疗,可改善患者的疼痛、生活质量以及咀嚼功能,有效消除炎性因子,应用价值高,值得推广。
Study the application effect of root canal therapy in the clinical treatment of dental pulp disease.Sixty patients with dental pulp disease admitted to Cangzhou Bohai New Area Zhongjie Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The two groups of patients were treated with different methods.The pain level,plaque index,depth of periodontal exploration,total effective rate of treatment,quality of life score,chewing function score,and infl ammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.The results showed that before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain score,plaque index,periodontal exploration depth,quality of life score,chewing function score,and infl ammatory factor levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment,the pain score,plaque index,depth of periodontal exploration,quality of life score,chewing function score,and inflammatory factor level of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Research has found that implementing root canal therapy in the treatment of patients with dental pulp disease can improve their pain,quality of life,and chewing function,effectively eliminate inflammatory factors,and has high application value,which is worth promoting.
