摘要
基于印刷螺旋线圈的自谐振无线能量传输系统,其PCB板的顶层和底层分布螺旋线圈,等效电路由电感、电阻和电容的RLC串联组成。自谐振无线能量传输线圈具有结构简单、无需额外补偿电路及便于和PCB电路集成等优点。理论推导了无线能量传输效率和线圈品质因数的关系,并参数化分析了螺旋线圈的圈数和线宽对线圈的电感、电阻和品质因数的影响。仿真实验表明,当发射线圈和接收线圈的传输距离在45 mm内,自谐振无线能量传输效率可达85%以上;当发射线圈和接收线圈的轴向距离设定为45 mm时,收发线圈的水平偏移量在30 mm内,自谐振无线能量传输效率可达80%以上。
Based on the self⁃resonant wireless power transfer system of the printed spiral coil,the top and bottom layers of the PCB board are distributed with the spiral coil,and the equivalent circuit consists of the RLC series of inductance,resistance and capacitance.Self⁃resonant wireless power transfer coils have the advantages of simple structure,no additional compensation circuits,and easy integration with PCB circuits.The relationship between wireless power transfer efficiency and coil quality factor is derived theoretically,and the effects of turn number and width of spiral coil on inductance,resistance and quality factor are analyzed by parameterization.Simulation and experiment show that when the transmission distance of the transmit coil and the receiving coil is within 45 mm,the self⁃resonant wireless power transfer efficiency reaches more than 85%.When the axial distance between the transmit coil and the receiving coil is set to 45 mm,and the offset of the transceiver coil is within 30 mm,the self⁃resonant wireless power transfer efficiency can reach more than 80%.
