摘要 文中设计了一种磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输的电动小车无线充电系统,将5 V直流电通过磁耦合进行无线发送并由接收端接收,将接收到的电能储存在超级电容中,用于驱动电动小车运转。采用两个MSP430F149单片机,一个在发射端产生逆变器驱动脉冲,控制发射线圈的接入与断开,另一个在接收端控制小车的循迹和运动。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现电能的高传输效率,传输功率范围大,传输距离适中,且具有一定的水平抗错位能力,能够用于电动小车、扫地机器人等的无线充电。 A wireless charging system for electric vehicles with magnetic coupling resonance wireless power transmission is designed.The 5 V direct current is sent wirelessly through the magnetic coupling and received at the receiving end.The electrical energy received is stored in a supercapacitor to drive the electric vehicle.Two MSP430F149 single chip microcomputers are used.One generates inverter drive pulses at the transmitting end to control the on and off of the transmit coil,and the other controls carriage tracking and movement at the receiving end.Experimental results show that the system can achieve high power transmission efficiency,a wide transmission power range,moderate transmission distance,and a certain level of anti-dislocation ability.It can be used for small and medium power wireless charging,such as electric vehicles,sweeping robots and so on.
