甜菜小G蛋白BvRab基因家族的全基因组鉴定及生物信息学分析

摘要 【目的】在全基因组范围内鉴定甜菜小G蛋白BvRab基因家族成员,为研究甜菜小G蛋白BvRab基因家族功能奠定基础。【方法】本研究利用生物信息学手段对甜菜小G蛋白BvRab基因家族成员进行筛选鉴定并进行理化性质、基因结构、蛋白保守基序、系统进化、染色体定位及共线性、启动子顺式作用元件和蛋白质互作预测分析。【结果】共鉴定到58个甜菜小G蛋白BvRab基因家族成员。同一类型中的不同基因具有较为一致的外显子和内含子结构,家族成员共有5个蛋白保守基序;甜菜小G蛋白BvRab基因家族包含8个亚家族;家族成员不均匀地分布在甜菜的9条染色体上;BvRab基因家族成员与番茄、拟南芥中的小G蛋白Rab基因家族亲缘关系较近,与水稻中的小G蛋白Rab基因家族亲缘关系较远;BvRab基因家族成员启动子中含有多个激素应答元件和逆境应答元件;BvRab蛋白与参与植物生长发育及逆境应答相关的多种转录因子相互作用。【结论】本研究鉴定出58个BvRab基因家族成员,该基因家族成员可能在植物生长发育及逆境应答方面发挥重要作用。 【Objective】Members of the BvRab gene family on the genome-wide screening were identified,which laid the foundation for the study of the function of the BvRab gene family in sugar beet.【Methods】In this study,bioinformatic methods were used to perform genome-wide screening and identification of the BvRab gene family in sugar beet,followed by analysis of their physicochemical properties,gene structure,protein conserved motifs,phylogenetic evolution,chromosome localization and collinearity,promoter cis-acting elements and protein-protein interaction prediction.【Results】A total of 58 members of the BvRab gene family of small G proteins in sugar beet were identified.The results showed that different genes within the same type had relatively consistent exon and intron structures,and there were 5 conserved motifs in the BvRab family proteins.A total of 8 subfamilies were identified in the BvRab gene family of small GTP-binding proteins.The family members were unevenly distributed on the 9 chromosomes of sugar beet.The BvRab gene family members were closely related to the Rab gene family in tomato and Arabidopsis thaliana,while far from the Rab gene family in rice.The promoter of BvRab gene family contained multiple hormonal response elements and abiotic response elements.BvRab proteins interacted with various transcription factors involved in plant growth and development as well as stress response.【Conclusion】Fifty-eight members of the BvRab gene family in sugar beet were identified in this study,which may play important roles in plant growth and development as well as in response to adversity.
