摘要
随着自媒体等互联网技术高速发展,社会对高校教师师德师风表现越来越关注,高校尽管认识到了师德师风的重要性,但师德师风建设还是面临着一系列新的问题和挑战。高校师德师风机制建设需坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,在对师德师风当前存在问题和原因进行剖析基础上,创新系统地提出教师招聘和退出机制、激励和监督机制、自主学习与集体教育相结合等系列工作机制,进而构建出符合高校办学事业高质量发展的师德师风建设长效工作机制。
With the rapid development of internet technologies such as We-Media,society is paying more and more attention to the performance of teachers'professional ethics and demeanor in colleges and universities.Although colleges and universities recognize the importance of teachers'professional ethics and demeanor,the construction of teachers'professional ethics and demeanor also faces a series of new problems and challenges.The construction of teachers'professional ethics and demeanor mechanism in colleges and universities must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and based on the analysis of the current problems and reasons of teachers'professional ethics and demeanor,innovatively propose a series of working mechanisms such as teacher recruitment and withdrawal mechanism,incentive and supervision mechanism,combination of independent learning and collective education,etc.,so as to construct a long-term working mechanism for the construction of teachers'professional ethics and demeanor in line with the high-quality development of the cause of running colleges and universities.
