摘要
公共图书馆开展研学服务是文旅融合发展背景下履行社会教育和公共文化服务职能的创新路径。通过研究公共图书馆研学服务用户感知价值的构成要素,探索研学服务用户感知价值对研学行为意愿的影响作用,为公共图书馆研学服务高质量发展提供参考。采用扎根理论研究法,分析公共图书馆研学服务用户感知价值的组成元素,构建结构方程模型,探索用户感知价值、行为意愿和用户满意度的内在关联与影响机制。研究结果表明,公共图书馆研学服务用户感知价值至少包含服务、文化、资源、环境和成本5个价值维度,其中文化价值、资源价值和环境价值对用户整体感知价值有显著正向影响,且文化价值影响效果最强;在公共图书馆研学服务过程中,服务满意度在研学用户整体感知价值中对行为意愿的影响具有中介效应,且用户感知价值通过服务满意度影响用户行为意愿的效果更佳。最后提出公共图书馆提升研学服务用户感知价值和行为意愿的建议。
The development of research learning and travelling service of public library is an innovative path to fulfill the functions of social education and public cultural services under the background of the integrative development of cul-ture and tourism.By studying the constituent elements of user’s perceived value in public library’s research learning and travelling service,this paper explores the influence of the perceived value of research learning and travelling service users on the behavioral intention of research learning and travelling,providing reference for the high quality development of public library’s research learning and travelling services;by using the research method of Grounded Theory,analyzes the constituent elements of user’s perceived value of research learning and travelling service of public library,constructs a structural equation model,and explores the internal correlation and impact mechanism of user’s perceived value,behav-ioral intention,and user satisfaction;based on the research results,points out that the perceived value of public library’s research learning and travelling service users includes at least five value dimensions of service value,cultural value,re-source value,environmental value and cost value,among them,cultural value,resource value and environmental value have significant positive effects on users’overall perceived value,and cultural value has the strongest effect,and in the process of public library’s research learning and travelling service,the influence of service satisfaction on behavioral in-tention has mediating effect,and moreover,the effect of user’s perceived value on user’s behavioral intention through service satisfaction is better;and finally,puts forward some suggestions on how the public library to enhance the per-ceived value and behavioral intention of the users of research learning and travelling service.
