摘要
目的观察孕妇产前检查采取个性化护理对患者依从性的影响。方法选取2021年8月到2023年8月收治的产前检查孕妇562例,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者联合应用个性化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果相比较对照组,观察组12周内接受首次产检99.64%,定期产检91.86%,产检次数达标100%,完成产检项目98.93%,检查情况更好;状态、特质焦虑评分(31.48±2.69)分、(40.62±2.14)分更低;睡眠质量(4.60±1.04)分,妊娠风险(4.26±0.17)分更低;不良妊娠结局发生率更低(均P<0.05)。结论为接受产前检查的孕妇,提供个性化护理,可有效改善检查情况,提升依从性,有利于调节焦虑情绪,改善睡眠质量,在最大程度上降低妊娠风险,优化不良妊娠结局。
Objective To observe the effect of personalized care on patient compliance in pregnant women's prenatal checkups.Methods A total of 562 cases of pregnant women admitted for prenatal checkups from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method;patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing care,and patients in the observation group applied personalized nursing care jointly,and the effects of nursing care in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group received the first obstetric examination within 12 weeks in 99.64%,regular obstetric examination in 91.86%,the number of obstetric examinations reached the standard in 100%,and completed the obstetric examination items in 98.93%,which was better;the state and trait anxiety scores(31.48±2.69)and(40.62±2.14)were lower;the quality of sleep(4.60±1.04),and the pregnancy risk(4.26±0.17)points were lower;and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower(all P<0.05).Conclusions Providing personalized nursing care for pregnant women undergoing prenatal checkups can effectively improve checkups,enhance compliance,help regulate anxiety,improve sleep quality,minimize the risk of pregnancy,and optimize adverse pregnancy outcomes.
