摘要
目的探讨孕妇产前检查的个体化护理干预效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月厦门市同安区祥平街道社区卫生服务中心孕期保健建卡登记的60例孕妇为研究对象,随机分入观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组孕妇产前检查期间配合以常规护理,观察组孕妇产前检查期间配合以个体化护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组孕妇对产前检查的依从性、孕期保健知识掌握情况均高于对照组孕妇(均P<0.05),观察组孕妇剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05),产后出血、羊水过多、早产等不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组孕妇妊娠风险评分和焦虑状态改善情况均优于对照组孕妇(均P<0.05)。结论孕妇产前检查期间实施个体化护理干预具有良好的效果,可提高孕妇对产前检查的依从性、孕期保健知识掌握度,减轻孕妇的妊娠风险和不良心理,优化妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention in prenatal examination of pregnant women.Methods From February 2021 to February 2022,60 pregnant women registered with prenatal health care card in Xiamen Tong'an District Xiangping Street Community Health Service Center were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Pregnant women in the control group were provided with routine nursing during prenatal examination,while pregnant women in the observation group were provided with individualized nursing intervention during prenatal examination.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pregnant women in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in compliance with prenatal examination and knowledge of pregnancy care(all P<0.05),the rate of cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,excessive amniotic fluid,premature birth and other adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of pregnancy risk score and anxiety state in the observation group was better than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of individualized nursing intervention during prenatal examination of pregnant women has a good effect,can improve pregnant women's compliance to prenatal examination,pregnancy health knowledge,reduce pregnant women's pregnancy risk and bad psychology,optimize the pregnancy outcome.
