摘要
作为推动我国教育治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重要载体,高水平的新型教育智库建设对于推进教育事业发展具有重要意义。历经多年,省级教育智库建设已经取得明显进展,成为政府科学教育决策的“智囊团”。面对新的发展形势,省级新型教育智库建设应基于传统优势积淀,立足国家战略部署和省域经济社会发展全局,以提升教育科学研究力、教育决策参与力、全方位服务支撑力和社会影响力为核心,从提供高水平科学教育决策咨询服务和高质量全方位服务支撑教育事业发展两个维度丰富新型教育智库职能,积极探索新型教育智库建设路径从而推动省域教育治理体系现代化建设,促进教育事业高质量发展。
As an important carrier for promoting the modernization of China’s education gover⁃nance system and governance capabilities,the construction of new high-level education think tanks is of great significance for promoting the development of education.After many years,the construction of provincial education think tanks has made significant progress,becoming a“think tank”for govern⁃ment scientific education decision-making.Faced with the new development situation,the construc⁃tion of new provincial education think tanks should be based on the accumulation of traditional advan⁃tages,the national strategic deployment and the overall economic and social development of the prov⁃ince,with the core of enhancing educational scientific research capabilities,participation in education⁃al decision-making,comprehensive education decision-making service support,and social influence.The functions of new education think tanks should be enriched from two dimensions:providing highlevel scientific consulting services and high-quality comprehensive services to support the develop⁃ment of education,so as to actively explore the path of building a new type of educational think tank,promote the modernization of the provincial education governance system and promote the high-quali⁃ty development of education.
