摘要
在影响房价的因素中,交通基础设施建设占着相对重要的位置。以高铁建设为基础,以沪昆高铁为例,试图从高铁建设的三个时期(规划设计期、施工建设期、开通运营期)分析对城市房价的影响。从时间和空间维度分析高铁是否影响城市房价,根据得出的相关结论进行政策建议。
In the factors affecting housing prices,the construction of transportation infrastructure occupies a relatively important position.Based on the construction of high-speed railway and the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway as an example,this paper tries to analyze the impact on the urban housing price from the three periods of high-speed railway construction(planning and design period,construction period,opening and operation period).From the dimension of time and space,we analyze whether high-speed rail affects the urban housing price,and make policy suggestions according to the relevant conclusions.
