超临界CO_(2)萃取黑土豆原花青素及抗氧化性研究

摘要 以乙醇为气化剂进行超临界CO_(2)萃取黑土豆原花青素及抗氧化性研究。采取单因素试验结合正交法对提取工艺进行优化,试验得最佳工艺:气化剂乙醇体积分数67%,CO_(2)流速为5.0 L·h^(-1),提取时间100 min,料液比1∶1.5,提取温度52℃,提取压力6 MPa,此工艺条件下原花青素的提取率可达8.18%。黑土豆原花青素具有较高的抗氧化能力,3.0 mg·m L^(-1)原花青素清除·OH能力是55.89%;1.0 mg·m L^(-1)原花青素清除DPPH能力达89.08%;3.0 mg·m L^(-1)原花青素清除O_(2)-能力高达84.89%。 Using ethanol as gasification agent,supercritical CO_(2) extraction of black potatoes proanthocyanidins was carried out.Proanthocyanidins extraction process was optimized by single factor test combined with orthogonal method to get the best conditions for the test process:ethanol volume fraction 67%,CO_(2) flow rate 5.0 L·h^(-1),extraction time 100 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶1.5,extract temperature 52℃,extraction pressure 6 MPa.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of proanthocyanidins was up to 8.18%.The proanthocyanidins of black potato had high antioxidant capacity,and the ability of 3.0 mg·mL^(-1) proanthocyanidins to eliminate·OH was 55.89%;The ability of 1.0 mg·mL^(-1) procyanidins to remove DPPH was 89.08%;The scavenging capacity of 3.0 mg·mL^(-1) proanthocyanidins to O_(2)-was 84.89%.
