摘要
人才培养方案是高等教育教学的基本遵循,直接反映着本科专业人才培养的思路,也反映出高等教育的办学理念。人才培养方案亦是本科专业教育教学评价、评估的重要依据。文章选取首批32个国家一流新闻学专业培养方案,在对培养方案基本信息描述统计的基础上,对其培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系及不同课程类型学分分布、学时学分等加以内容分析。研究认为,培养方案的制订应以理念为先导,回应新时代与社会发展需求;立足现实,面对社会多元人才需求,依托各自特色优势的差异性定位培养目标;辩证把握交叉融合趋势与新闻学专业本体特征间的关系,辩证把握课程设置“博”与“精”的关系,以及公共基础类课程、通识类课程及其课程体系内诸课程间的关系;不断探索与关注新闻学专业培养中知识与能力、理论与实践、技术与人文、二级学科关联、学分学时制约等亟待突破的难题,进而探讨新时代新闻传播专业人才培养的创新路径。
The talent cultivation program is the basic principle of higher education teaching, which directly reflects the ideas of undergraduate professional talent cultivation and also reflects the educational philosophy of higher education. The training program is an important basis for the evaluation and evaluation of undergraduate professional education and teaching. This article selects the first batch of 32 national first-class undergraduate major construction sites for the journalism major training program. Based on the description and statistics of the basic information of the training program, it further analyzes its training objectives, graduation requirements, course system, credit distribution of different course types, and credit hours. Research suggests that the development of training programs should be guided by ideas and respond to the needs of the new era and social development;should be based on reality, facing the diverse talent needs of society, and relying on the differences in their own unique advantages to position and cultivate goals;should dialectically grasp the relationship between the trend of cross integration and the ontological characteristics of journalism majors, the relationship between “broad” and “specialize” curriculum settings, as well as the relationship between public basic courses, general education courses, and various courses within their curriculum systems;should continuously explore and pay attention to the urgent challenges that need to be overcome in the cultivation of journalism majors, such as knowledge and ability, theory and practice, technology and humanities, secondary discipline connections, and credit hour constraints, in order to explore innovative paths for the cultivation of journalism and communication professionals in the new era.
