车轮轮辋旋压机及旋压工艺研究

摘要 文章介绍了一种用于工程车辆钢制车轮轮辋加工的旋压机及旋压工艺方法,阐述了以冷旋压为核心工序的加工工艺流程,通过强力旋压、普通旋压、缩径旋压以及翻边等旋压工艺的有序结合,实现车轮轮辋的制造。该旋压机最大旋压直径为1000 mm,最大旋压件长度为500 mm,最大旋压毛坯厚度为30 mm,特别适用于直径457.2~635.0 mm的工程车辆车轮轮辋的旋压加工。同传统加工工艺相比,旋压加工能够显著提高材料的利用率及生产效率,具有良好的市场前景。 This paper introduces a spinning machine and spinning process method for steel wheel rim processing of engineering vehicles,and expounds the processing process flow of cold spinning as the core process.Through the orderly combination of strong spinning,general spinning,reducing and flanging,wheel rim manufacturing is realized.The maximum spinning diameter of the spinning machine is 1000 mm,the maximum spinning length is 500 mm,and the maximum spinning blank thickness is 30 mm,which is especially suitable for spinning the wheel rim of engineering vehicles with a diameter of 457.2~635.0 mm.Compared with the traditional processing technology,the use of spinning processing can significantly improve the utilization rate of materials and production efficiency,and has a good market prospect.
