摘要
分析用于加工封头的一种新型成形机部分结构和操作控制应用中的问题,提出相应的改进措施,大幅度提高了整机自动化程度和工作效率及产品质量,降低了工人的劳动强度,为后续系列产品的开发与研制提供科学依据。
In this paper, both the partial structure of a new type of forming machine tool for making seal heads and some problems during operating and controlling were analyzed; The correspondent measures was put forword. The measures resulted in a great increase of the automation degree, working efficient and products quality, and a obvious decrease in the labour intensity of workers, in addition, which provided scientific base for the development of series new products later on.
