摘要
海洋经济是汕尾产业体系的重要组成部分,也是汕尾实现高质量发展的重要支撑。汕尾凭借其独特的资源优势,致力于大力发展海洋经济,实现兴海强市的目标,在2019—2022年期间取得了诸多成果,推动了海洋产业高质量发展。但是,汕尾海洋经济同样存在海洋产业体系不完善、科技创新与转化能力不足、海产品品牌知名度不够、金融支持力度不足、海洋资源开发过度、海洋环境污染等问题。根据上述问题,结合已有文献和调研获取的资料,本研究从构建现代海洋产业体系、增强海洋科技创新驱动力、开展海洋产品品牌建设、加强金融对海洋经济的支持力度、加强海洋生态保护和提高海洋资源利用率等方面提出了若干对策建议。以求抛砖引玉,供其他沿海城市学习和借鉴。
The marine economy is an important part of Shanwei's industrial system and an important support for Shanwei to achieve high-quality development.With its unique resource advantages,Shanwei is committed to vigorously developing the marine economy and achieving the goal of rejuvenating the city,and has achieved many results during the period 2019-2022,promoting the high-quality development of the marine industry.However,Shanwei's marine economy also has problems such as imperfect marine industrial system,insufficient scientific and technological innovation and transformation capabilities,insufficient brand awareness of seafood,insufficient financial support,excessive exploitation of marine resources,and marine environmental pollution.Based on the above problems,combined with the existing literature and the data obtained from the survey,a number of countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of building a modern marine industry system,enhancing the driving force of marine science and technology innovation,carrying out brand building of marine products,strengthening financial support for marine economy,strengthening marine ecological protection and improving the utilization rate of marine resources,which can form an experience that can be learned and referenced by other coastal cities.
