摘要
为解决泥水平衡盾构施工期间产生的大量废弃浆液难处理和盾构同步注浆高成本的问题,提出将泥水平衡盾构产生的废弃泥浆再利用于配制同步注浆浆液。本研究依托主要穿越地层为砂卵石地层的成蒲铁路紫瑞隧道工程项目,研究浆灰比(废弃泥浆与水泥质量比)、浆砂比(废弃泥浆与砂质量比)对同步注浆浆液的性能影响,另外在废浆再利用配制同步注浆浆液的基础上,研究了用耐火泥替代部分水泥的可行性。研究结果表明:1)随着同步注浆浆液浆灰比的增大,同步浆液的流动度增大,凝结时间延长,立方体28d抗压强度降低;2)随着浆砂比的增大,同步浆液的流动度增大,凝结时间延长,立方体28d抗压强度也降低;3)掺入耐火泥将增强同步注浆浆液的28d抗压强度,降低同步浆液流动度,缩短同步浆液凝结时间。因此,在配制同步注浆浆液中,用耐火泥替代部分水泥具有可行性,并能带来一定经济效益。
To solve the problem of difficult treatment of a large amount of waste slurry generated during the construction of slurry balanced shield and the high cost of synchronous grouting of shield,it is proposed to reuse the waste slurry generated by slurry balanced shield to prepare synchronous grouting slurry.Relying on the Zirui Tunnel Project of Chengdu Pujiang Railway,which mainly crosses sandy cobble stratum,this research studies the influence of slurry cement ratio(waste slurry to cement mass ratio)and slurry sand ratio(waste slurry to sand mass ratio)on the performance of synchronous grouting slurry.In addition,based on the reuse of waste slurry to prepare synchronous grouting slurry,the feasibility of replacing part of cement with refractory slurry is studied.The results show that:1)with the increase of the slurry cement ratio of synchronous grouting slurry,the fluidity of synchronous grouting slurry increases,the setting time prolongs,and the 28d compressive strength of the cube decreases;2)with the increase of slurry sand ratio,the fluidity of synchronous slurry increases,the setting time prolongs,and the 28d compressive strength of cube decreases;3)the addition of refractory mud will increase the compressive strength of synchronous grouting slurry,reduce the fluidity of synchronous grouting slurry and shorten the setting time of synchronous grouting slurry.Therefore,it is feasible to replace part of cement with refractory mud in the preparation of synchronous grouting slurry,and it can bring certain economic benefits.
