基于25%偏置碰撞的某SUV仿真分析及改进设计

摘要 本文运用Hypermesh和Ls-dyna软件对某SUV车型进行小偏置碰撞有限元仿真分析,分析整车变形情况以及车身结构评级结果,总结出合理的改进方案,提升车身前端部件吸能能力,减少转向管柱、油门制动踏板等部件对乘员舱的侵入量。在A柱及门槛等变形较大的部位添加加强板,提高乘员舱刚度,减小乘员受到的伤害。车身结构评级由“差”提升为“优秀”,说明改进方案具有一定的效果。 Through Hypermesh and Ls-dyna software,a small bias collision finite element analysis of an SUV model was simulated,the deformation of the whole vehicle and the results of the body structure rating were analyzed.A reasonable improvement plan to enhance the energy absorption capacity of the front end components of the vehicle and reduce the intrusion of components such as the steering column and accelerator brake pedal into the passenger compartment was designed.Reinforcement plates to areas with significant deformation,such as the A-pillar and door sill,were added to increase the stiffness of the passenger compartment and reduce injuries to passengers.The body structure rating upgraded from"poor"to"excellent",explaining that the improvement plan has a certain effectiveness.
