摘要
汽车碰撞是汽车结构在极短的时间内(通常在100ms以内)及在剧烈碰撞冲击载荷作用下发生的一种复杂的非线性动态响应过程,在汽车碰撞中,各种非线性的问题都涉及到了,既有结构发生大位移和大转动所引起的几何非线性,又有各种材料发生大应变时所表现的物理非线性。由于诸多复杂因素的存在,使得传统的碰撞试验获取的数据不甚精确。所以,有限元方法被广泛地运用于工程领域。通过用有限元方法对整车模型的网格划分并模拟偏置碰撞,得出了在碰撞过程中能量和速度的变化。
Auto collision is a complex non-linear dynamical response process caused by violent impact in an extreme short of time. Auto collision involves many non-linear issues, such as geometry non-linear, material non-linear. Data acquired through traditional collision tests cannot precisely reveal those complicate issues. Infinite Element Method has been widely adopted in the field of engineering. By building up the mathematical model for auto collision and using Infinite Element Method meshing the whole car's 3D model, we can simulate the offset collision situation, receive the energy and speed change in such process.
