基于可控方案的质检软件设计与实现

摘要 矢量地理信息数据是国家基础地理信息的重要内容,对其数据质量的控制在实际生产中占据着重要的一环。本文结合国家基础测绘项目,利用微软.NET开发环境、第三方开源GIS库GDAL及ArcGIS组件库,设计出一种基于可控方案的检查软件。实际生产应用表明,该软件可以根据使用者的需求即用即停,具有断点续检的功能,减少因断电及其他因素造成的电脑关机而检查失败的情况,且检查灵活方便,使用者可以根据需求对质检方案进行配置,有效评估生产质量。 Geographic information vector data is an important content of national fundamental geographic information,and the control of its data quality plays an important role in actual production.Combined with the national fundamental surveying and mapping project,this paper utilizes the Microsoft.NET development environment,third party open source GIS library GDAL and ArcGIS component library to design an inspection software based on controllable scheme.The actual production application shows that the software can be stopped immediately according to the needs of users.With the function of breakpoint inspection,it can reduce the failure of inspection due to computer shutdown caused by power failure and other factors.Moreover,the inspection is flexible and convenient,and users can configure the quality inspection plan according to their needs,which can effectively evaluate the production quality.
