摘要
空间数据质量是地理信息系统建设中的重要内容之一,针对现有质检方法存在的质检策略单一、灵活性差、几何属性质检脱节等问题,提出了基于规则的空间数据质检方法。通过分析规划的行业规则特性,将规划空间数据质检规则分解为几何规则与属性规则,基于XML文件实现质检规则的结构化表达。基于规则文件,设计并实现了规则引擎,并在项目中验证该方案的可行性。
Spatial data quality is one of the important content in the construction of GIS. In order to improve the dis-advantages of existing methods,such as lack of conditions,poor flexibility and the geometry and property inspection sepa-rated,this paper discuss proposes a new spatial data quality inspection method based on rules. Through analysis of the rules in urban plan,the spatial data quality inspection rules can be decomposed into geometric rules and property rules and expressed in a XML file. Based on the rule files,this paper discuss the design and implementation of rule engine and validate the feasibility in the project.
