摘要 河湖管理范围矢量数据是河湖管理、河长制信息化建设的基础,数据库需统一标准并满足法律法规及规范要求,基于河长制信息化建设缺乏内外部数据核查系统的现状,针对河湖管理范围成果体量大、多来源、质量参差不齐等特点,利用Python+GDAL/OGR开源地理空间信息技术,研究并设计了河湖管理范围矢量数据自动审核程序,并将其应用于广西河湖管理范围矢量数据成果审核中。结果表明,该程序提高了数据审核工作效率和质量,将数据错误检查率由人工审核的19.38%提升至99.98%,单河段审核时间节约97.6%,为河长制信息化建设的标准数据库搭建提供技术支撑,拓展了开源GIS技术在水利行业中的应用。 As the basis of river&lake management and informationization construction,the spatial vector data and database of river&lake management scope have to meet the specific standards.Considering the lack of internal or external data auditing system in river&lake management information system,and the characteristics of large volume,multisource and uneven quality of the data,this paper designed an automatic audit program based on the open source geospatial information technology:Python and GDAL/OGR libraries.The program was applied in data auditing of river and lake management scope in Guangxi.The results show that the program improves the efficiency and quality of data auditing.Compared with the traditional auditing way,the error inspection rate is increased from 19.38%to 99.98%,the audit time of single river is saved by 97.6%,which provides technical support for the river informationization construction and promotes the application of open source GIS in water sector.
