大尺寸行车行走轮石墨化及正火控冷工艺优化研究

摘要 大尺寸行车行走轮在铸造和正火热处理后力学性能是否能够满足要求,影响了行车的负载和行驶安全。文章通过对行走轮铸造工艺、正火工艺的分析,确定行走轮力学性能不足的主要原因为石墨球的圆整度不足和正火冷却速度控制不当。在常规工艺的基础上,增加铸造阶段的孕育剂、覆盖剂,提高了石墨球的圆整度。在正火冷却阶段,严格控制喷雾冷却和风冷的时间,优化了热处理控冷的工艺参数,获得力学性能稳定的铸件,为国内大尺寸行车行车轮的生产提供了可借鉴的工艺方案。 The mechanical properties of large-sized driving wheels cannot meet the requirements after casting and normalizing heat treatment,which might affect the load capacity and driving safety of the vehicle.By analyzing the casting process and normalizing process of the driving wheels,it is determined that the main reasons for the inadequate mechanical properties of the driving wheels are the insufficient roundness of graph⁃ite nodules and improper cooling rate control.With both the improvement of the roundness of graphite nodules by adding nucleating agents and covering agents during the casting stage and offering the stable mechanical properties of the castings via the strict control of spray cooling and air cooling time during the normalizing cool⁃ing stage,as well as the optimization parameters for the controlled cooling of heat treatment,the paper is to present a referential manufacturing process for the domestic large-sized automotive wheels production.
